Tickets are now available to purchase for the 2022 season. Find the answers to our most frequently asked questions below.

Why are the same enclosure tickets showing 2 different prices?

For the 2022 season we have a new pricing strategy which rewards customers that book early. It is a 3 phased pricing structure and when all the tickets have gone out of one category, our system automatically moves to the next price band. Although uncommon, it is possible to be able to buy the last ticket out of one price band and then need to buy the first ticket out of the higher price band. Hence, why you will see two different prices for the same enclosure.

Why are the prices different on different pages of the website?

For the 2022 season we have a new dynamic pricing system which rewards customers that book early. The lowest ticket price will be applied at point of checkout when tickets have been added to basket.

Why can’t I book anymore than 2 tickets?

To ensure smooth and quick entry into the racecourse, we are only allowing a maximum of two tickets per person. This helps to prevent delays at the gates on race days, giving our customers a seamless and worry-free race day experience.

How do I make a group booking?

Can I book more than 2 but less than 10 tickets at the box office?

No, all bookings both online and at the box office will have a maximum of 2 tickets per person.

The website shows a cheaper price but when I come to book it’s now showing a higher price.

The prices listed on our website are only ‘from’ prices and as stated on our website, are subject to change. This is due to our new pricing strategy which rewards customers that book early. The closer it gets to a race day, the more expensive the ticket will become.

Can I book hospitality tickets too?
